"I just wanted to take a moment and tell you all how pleased
I am with your service. My wife and I moved in to the
area about 3 months ago and signed
up with a competitor in the area. Needless to say, we
had a nightmare of disconnects, dropped signals and extended

"Dear Eccentrix,
Yesterday we had a hardware issue that needed some onsite
attention. Within an hour or two of my call, one of
your support guys was at my house fixing the problem.
He expressed regret that any problem at all occurred,
and promptly fixed it. Later, he even called back to
remind us of movie night.
That's great service! Our previous ISP rarely
followed up on support issues, and always made it sound like
it was somehow the customer's fault.
Quick, courteous, and professional service - you
deliver. I'm kicking myself for not switching sooner.
